Coping Strategy #6: Food, Dopamine & Dyslexia

Food, Food … Food. Not every dyslexic struggles with eating issues but I would say majority of us have used it as a coping strategy at one point or another.

I wanted to share some thoughts on how I have learned to use food as a coping strategy. To be honest it is not one of my top ones…. but food can’t be ignored so it should be talked about!
