How many times have you heard the someone say – You need to accept yourself?

But if you are like me non-physical phrases like ‘self acceptance’ are tough for us (dyslexics) to even identify with. It’s not a word we all picture in the same way and to practice it in a consistent way – well it can be hard. In this podcast I wanted to talk through something I heard on a Brene Brown & Tim Ferris podcast recently that really sunk in.
