A podcast about the life behind the label.

I started this podcast because I needed somewhere to share the thoughts, lessons and hard-earned moments that came with understanding my dyslexia and ADHD.

It is not about teaching you how to spell. It is about why you overthink, why hard things can feel easy, why easy things can feel hard and how to work with the brain you have.

It began as a way to share my own thoughts, lessons and the occasional conversation with someone who understands dyslexia and ADHD. The hope was to change one life. More than a million downloads later, it is still an honest place to learn alongside other adults.
